The plot is located on Agios Georgios hill, in the area of Xanthi, Ikaria, just outside Evdilos, which is the main port and reference point of the northern side of the island. Its location offers excellent views and tranquility, while at the same time being very close to the settlement. Due to its location and morphology, the plot is suitable for mild and alternative tourism development (camping, mobile homes, prefabricated houses, etc.), as well as for the construction of a holiday home of prefabricated type. At the same time, it is also suitable for agricultural use, such as vineyard cultivation (which existed in the past) and beekeeping, as the natural vegetation of the area is ideal. Water supply can be provided through connection to the municipal water network, as there are farmhouses in close proximity. As far as electricity is concerned, until the area is included in the town plan (which is foreseen), energy needs can be covered by photovoltaic systems. The distance from Evdilos is less than 5 minutes by car, while access on foot takes approximately 20 minutes, as Xanthi is located just outside the settlement.
