3km from Nea peramos - 1km from ammolofoi beach. 2 individual apartments, one next to each other. The first one is 65 sq. m big. The other one is 25 sq. m big. It can accommodate up to 10 persons. The apartments can only be rented together as a group (they are not rented separately). There is also private parking for 3 cars, large garden space for relaxing moments with barbecue, playground for children,trampoline, ping pong table, hammock, basket, solar panel and outdoor shower. The price depends on the number of guests, the month of the reservation and the duration of the stay. Price per day 150€-250€. Minimum stay 4 nights.
