The area is safe for individuals and full of student life. You can walk by foot to the center (20') . The aparment has 2 front-view bedrooms, an open space kitchen-living room and one bathroom. The balcony looks at the South, takes lots of light all day and has an open space view at the street. It is in very good condition inside. Was fully renovated less than 10 years ago with new window frames, individual gas heating, new plumpings and kitchen cabinets. The rent can be up to 430€ but is strogly recomended for univercity stay as well. Price negotiable.
