Αγροτεμάχια 700 τ.μ. προς πώληση, Νέα Ποτίδαια

The plot is 170m from the sea (this is not my assessment, my measurements, but this is what is written in my sales contract, if you enlarge picture number 7, you can see the sea as soon as you leave the plot), place of Nea Potidea, Greece. On the lot there is currently a camping house on a 6x5m concrete slab (it is planned to place two office containers) and a facility in which a toilet with a septic tank is installed. Water is introduced, and there is a possibility to connect electricity (2500e). The tax for this plot is 1.08e. The beach is more than family-friendly, there are no sunbeds, cafes, etc. Exchange for real estate in Thessaloniki and its surroundings.
