Designed and decorated with excellent taste by an internationally renowned film director, it’s full of unique elements which can also be sold together with the property. In short, a tasteful “turn key” facility, ideal for the buyer who wants to be operational in 24 hours. This will give the new owner 19 rooms (inclusive of kitchen and bathrooms) fully functional, cabled for LAN, with a multi-line switchboard (stations in most rooms) with central heating/AC and many extra individual AC units, security CCTV cameras and a generator in separate room on the rooftop. However since all the interior divisions are drywall, they can be stripped down to a bare 405 sq. meters or the space can be re-designed and converted into a splendid luxury apartment of six+ bedrooms/bathrooms. The entrance is especially designed with safety in mind. The elevator locks and access by stairs to the floor is also restricted and secured. There is a shaded 4-car parking on the ground floor where the building also houses a fabulous gym. Presently, the office floor is divided to 19 rooms which can accommodate over 50 employees without cramming them. Its location is also unique: it is situated on a main Avenue, ten minutes from the Greek Riviera and another ten to the center of Athens. This makes it ideal for business which want quick access to the colossal Ellinikon project without leaving the important Athens center. The photos were taken from a video done quickly, during a regular work day, no cosmetic work done here! Serious buyers will receive detailed info and photos before a personal visit.
