As for a big hotel there is no other big resort on this island the biggest hotel in Kalymnos island is only 52 rooms and we have the longest tourist season from march until the end of November thousands of rock climbers come from all over the world week in week out since Kalymnos Island is the # 1 spot in the world for rock climbing. This sport is so hot that in the last three years (north face & jeep) was hosting a four day festival every October for this guys and i know all that because i also own a big restaurant that is located in the center of all this action and i talk to rock climber every day. The appraisal value of the property in 2018 was 10 to 12 million euros INVESTORS listen to this the European Union has a program call EPSA that works like a construction loan but it is [ GRAND ] for any new business, that has to do with tourism, and my property qualifies for ESPA program up to 50 MILLION EUROS to build this resort, but they have to meet three stipulations. # 1) They need to presentment to them the building plans with the budget cost. # 2 ) They need to have 50% in CASH of the budget cost in bank account and saw them proof of this funds. # 3 ) is that ones the resort is complete, it needs to operate at list 10 years before you can think of selling it, and that how the construction loan / GRAND is forgiving we pay them back -0- and we will own a resort free and clear that will be worth minimum 100. Million Euros 10 years later. THIS ESPA PROGRAMS ARE FUNDED BY THE UNITED EUROPE, and they are very real every resort that is build in the Greek islands was under this programs. On the island of KOS witch is seven miles away from the island of Kalymnos there is over 50 big resorts with 1000 to 2000 rooms each one. I have meet some of the owners and listen to there unbelievable stories how they got the buildings complete for 25% out of there pocket and now there making over one Million Euros per month in gross revenue. My property is 2 kilometers of the city driving time 5 minutes and 10 minutes from the airport. For more info contact the owner Theo If someone wants to buy the property from me the asking price is 8.9 Million euros. The reason I pout this land for sale is because I cant do this project by my self, the land Is paid in full.
